Satoraljaujhely Vacation Packages

Property and room were super clean. Close to public transportation.

Second stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have great facilities for a comfortable stay.

Everything good

The front desk clerks were very helpful and so us the housekeeping staffs

Amazing

To cross the threshold of Brody House in Budapest is to volunteer your health and property to gross operational negligence. My partner and I occupied Room PG, which was actively crawling with bedbugs. We departed covered in severe, painful injuries, backed by undeniable photographic evidence. While management issued a room refund, their refusal to mitigate the biohazard they cultivated is an astonishing display of corporate cowardice: • Abject Neglect: They flatly refused basic laundry or sanitation services, leaving us to manage a public health hazard independently. • Sabotaged Itinerary: The lack of support forced us to waste precious hours of a finite international trip executing basic pest containment. • Forced Property Destruction: To prevent cross-contamination, we had no choice but to discard our luggage entirely. • Financial Loss: We incurred an immediate $500 USD out-of-pocket deficit to replace core baggage—a loss management explicitly refuses to cover. • Insulting Resolution: In a spectacular display of audacity, they attempted to settle this liability with a credit for a future stay at their compromised facility. Forcing paying guests to absorb the operational fallout of your own squalor is a critical failure of basic compliance and foundational hospitality ethics. This establishment is handled with an incompetence that borders on the criminal. Avoid this property at all costs.
