The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Beautifully and whimsically decorated boutique luxury hotel with top notch service and amazing, central location for tourism. Every single member of the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are having the best possible experience. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Room facilities were really good. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Our only criticism is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is lovely, but it is very expensive compared to other local places and the breakfast was expensive for the continental offering provided and didn’t offer value for money in our opinion. For future travellers, I recommend trying the local beerhouses/restaurants for food and there are some lovely cafes a short walk from the hotel that do nice breakfasts for a fraction of the price.

House keeper only so so. I thought room was small. Elevator broke and not fixed after 48 Hours. Breakfast was pretty good but not great.

Helpful & friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Rooms a good size, clean & with excellent bathrooms. Public areas do need refurbishing & the sauna wasn’t working. Character hotel, well placed for sightseeing.
