Brand new Hotel and Spa. Limited staff and also limited spa availability. The staff is very nice and attentive. They need more Spa staff or one needs to book the spa at the time you book your room. Fills up fast. There are no trash cans around the facility. The menu at the restaurant is very specific. Overall great rooms. Very elegant. Would book again.

Odd Hotel.

Arrived at our room to find many dead bugs on the windowsill, thick layer of dust on all surfaces, smudges on the shower glass. Staff apologized and offered to clean the room immediately but we declined and they gave us a full refund. Hard to believe the room had been cleaned in months. Almost seemed like it was a room that was never used since even basic cleaning would have been better. The staff were really nice and tried to make things better but we had instantly decided to stay somewhere else. Also lobby is very small and poorly set up making it difficult to check and out.

Relaxing location, beware of room choice!

Lovely location, spa was amazing and we really enjoyed the Regent restaurant, although it is a bit pricey, we were able to share plates and that was nice to give us a chance to try everything we wanted. DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 210, 211. We constantly heard the staff door below slamming from about 6a-10p.

The front desk staff was excellent, very nice & accomodating. Also the bar & restaurant staff were very noce & friendly. The room had a terrible odor the first night & our room was not cleaned unless we asked and even when we did ask the beds were not made properly and the sheets were not changed. The spa was very nice but the pool size was very deceiving- the pool area looked much bigger online. Overall it was a beautiful place & the grounds were very clean.
