One of the cleanest hotels that i have ever stayed in. And when i say clean i do mean clean. As a person who is very particular and i do admit it i had absolutely no complaints. The staff was super nice and welcoming. Loved the evening cookies and the hot breakfast. Will only stay here if i visit Sarasota again.

Very clean, good smelling; beautiful artwork and pictures all around hotel; very quiet. Loved the bottles of water offered and between 4-8 there are cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was yummy. Their restaurant was okay; preferred Yoders down the road. Overall a great stay!! Really wish that one day they will work with Sight and Sounds to get a theater down here in Florida.

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay with my husband in this place! The hotel is the best out of all inexpensive (and often ways more expensive )hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It’s is very, very clean, comfortable. The cheapest rooms are very spacious. The staff goes out of their way to help you. Everyone you meet smiles at you and greets you. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We are planning to stay there again when we come back to Sarasota.

Overall this hotel was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and we had an enjoyable stay. The only minor issues we the rooms lacked certain features like ceiling fans in the sleeping area and exhaust fans in the bathroom. Also one of the two elevators was out of service during our entire stay. As I said only minor concerns. The location of the hotel was convenient to many dining options. We didn't dine in the companion restaurant Der Dutchman but we sampled some of their baked goods which were outstanding. All in all, we would stay here again.

The room was very clean, neat, bathroom was good, water very hot. The only thing missing was in-shower body wash on the wall. This room had regular soap bars. But I would stay again for sure.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful except bed comfort that was lacking. Staff members were outstanding as was the hotel condition. It was surprising that mattresses didn't equal all other aspects of the facility.
