The view and location were amazing. It was quiet. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We did have to drive to get to most places. Thought there would be more within a short walk. There was not a lot of parking available around town. We went to Central Square. Three hours of parking cost us $21.35.
There were issues with the condo.
Ice maker broken. Two trays that were available were cracked.
No kitchen hand soap. Only a very small bottle of dish soap and two small bars for the bathrooms.
No extra TP. We had two rolls of one-ply. Glad it was just two of us for four nights.
A coffee maker but no coffee or filters. We went to the store and bought soap, ice, coffee and filters.
Bedroom toilet tank’s water level kept lowering and it would begin to refill hourly. Thankfully you could only hear it in the bedroom. Made sleeping a little harder.
Sliding door to balcony was really hard to open and had small gaps where A LOT of bugs got in.
Balcony door lock off of the bedroom broken.
Dead bugs and flies in picture frames.
Kitchen blinds broken. People can see in.
Bedroom lamp broken.
During the stay I did report these things to the property management. They acknowledged it but didn’t do anything.
It’s just old and worn. Lots of small things that need refreshed or repaired. It didn’t ruin our vacation but I wouldn’t stay there again. There are too many nicer options.
