This property has no elevator. LOTS of STAIRS and STEPS to get to the room. If you are traveling with elders, this will be an issue. Grandma has knee issues. Going up and down from and to the room is a trek. The check in process was a pain. They have you manually complete a form. Then they hand you bunch of remotes for the room. Why not just leave it in the room? The AC required a key card. If you ask for an extra key card, they need you to sign a paper. Extra towels, they need you to sign a paper. They will charge you if you do not return. The Do Not Disturb sign do not work. The employee still enter into the suite. Their breakfast that came with the stay is not great at all. A super small selection to pick from. I would not recommend this place if you plan to travel to Santa María Huatulco.

A beautiful resort near the hotel area of Huatulco. It has two small but nice swimming pools and one wading pool on the hotel grounds. The beach club area is a short walk further down the street that has another small but nice pool. Be warned there are a lot of stairs on the property so if you have mobility issues you might struggle a bit, it is in no way wheelchair friendly/accessible. The rooms are well kept and the staff does well to keep it tidy and stocked with some bottled water. We were in a two-bedroom suite that had a small kitchen (sink, refrigerator, dishes, coffee maker). The beds were very comfortable so we slept well. Parking is very limited but is on site and convenient. Easy to walk to the shops, restaurants and beach on the opposite side of the marina. If you plan on doing any boat tours it couldn't be any more convenient for you. Plenty of options to choose from right across the street from the hotel lobby. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

Good location. Walkable to Santa Cruz bay. Not happy with the room given. Originally was to get room 214 but one of the staff members said that since it was booked through Expedia we were given a smaller room (#234). The facility did not have an elevator so we had to go up several flights of stairs. Room 214 had very little stairs to get to. So booking through Expedia gets you the lesser rooms!?!?!

This hotel is located in a very walkable and desireable location. The beach is minutes away and a taxi ride to Maquey or Entraga beach is only about 80 Pesos. We opted for the included breakfast and it is more than adequate. You can pick between 5 items on the menu along with the included fruit, yougurt and granola. The hotel is a bit older, but kept very clean. We chose a suite which had plenty of room and a very nice balcony overlooking the pool. There are lots of steps and no elevators so be prepared. Overall a very good value, and enjoyable place to stay.

Although it is an older hotel, new management was very pleasant and accommodating. Just a reminder to seniors, there are no elevators. We requested a lower floor and that’s what we got.

Nous avions une chambre spécial plus, on se demande encore qu'est-ce qu'elle avait de plus...rien Meubles de terrasse en piètre état, seulement 2 prises électriques dans toute la chambre, coffre-fort minuscule, bureau avec les portes installées à l'envers, Photos pas comme sur le site. Pas de verres, pas de débarbouillettes(gant de toilette), pas de cafetière, pas de frigidaire. éclairage insuffisant. chaise de bureau en plastique sale(chaise de jardin). Air climatisé non fonctionnel, nous avons du changer de chambre, nouvelle chambre aussi désuète.
