My husband and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. We highly recommend an ocean view room. The room was cozy and had every necessity we needed. It was an all-inclusive package which made it worth it. We did not have to leave the hotel to grab food since the food was included.
The staff was amazing, shout out to the restuarant staff (Jesus) at La Tortuga. Great customer service.
Spa was amazing too! They had some great discounts throughout the week. Yessica was the best massage therapist I've had!
The beach was clean and water was crystal clear, thank you Alexander for serving the most amazing cocktails on the beach.
The majority of the staff speak English, if needed.

Recently returned from a 4 night stay. Pretty good beach front resort in MX. The nicest beach on the Pacific side of MX. Food is good, Great hotel staff. Got a room with 2 dbl beds on the first night (booked 1 king), was moved on the second day. Had issues with the toilet in our room. Other than that a pretty good stay.

The beach and staff were the highlights of the trip. The water was calm, clear, lots of tropical fish, even saw some mantra and sting rays.
Beach servers Martin and Roberto did an exceptional job, worked especially hard. The shuttle drivers were fantastic shout out to Marcelo, Juan, Norberto, Miguel (sorry but we forgot some of the names)
Serving staff were very attentive, Javier went above the call of duty and fetched us extra guacamole). Tany the hostess was very friendly and courteous.
Many other food servers and sous chefs were great, just can't remember all their names.

Everything was very good, the staff, the place, the ammenities. The only thing I would like to vomment about is the cleanliness of the standard bedrooms. They are exactly as shown in pictures, but there was dust on the table and night stands. Also the shower had tartar. It needs an urgent cleaning with "tartar removal liquid". Also, there was a quite bad smell in the bathroom but I read it was due to the sewer system in Oaxaca.
