We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car

Lovely adults only hotel with two pools. Across the road from the beach and lots of local restaurants and bars and shops! Great sea view from our room, amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend renting electric bikes and exploring the local area, lots of bike lanes for safe travel. We used the front infinity pool mostly as the beds were so comfortable (no charge for these). Would also recommend going all inclusive - well worth the money when you think of drinks and food. The cocktails included were not all fantastic but lots to try, and beers and wines available too. La Boomba was a favourite for a night cap! Inclusive food was varied and more than enough. The hotel also had two nights of entertainment which was pleasant as unexpected. Would be better if they informed us of this when we arrived, as some people missed out as they were unaware. We did venture out once during our week stay and enjoyed a local steak. Will be returning soon!

Staff were excellent. Some areas are looking tired and in need of updating for the price you pay and 4 star rating. Lovely hotel though and mostly very well maintained, clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff who were always looking to go beyond expectations. The pool deck was lovely - and drinks and food were very good, although expensive compared to eating out with so many good restaurants close by. We both had a lovely massage in the Spa. Our room and in particular the bed and pillows were very nice - cleaning and turn down services were excellent. We felt that the position of the hotel was perfect for us - a little walk into the centre and to the beach - but we also liked the local areas and being amongst the locals. The front desk helped us get organised for a trip to Soller and we also booked a boat trip through Get Your Guide which was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday.

The hotel is very nice and in an excellent location. Before our stay, I had read reviews about the small room size, but we found it perfectly adequate. One thing to note is that the shower door also serves as the bathroom door, so privacy is limited. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Our room faced the lagoon and received direct afternoon sun. The hotel automatically turns off the A/C whenever you leave the room. After spending the day at the beach, we would return to a room that was extremely hot. The thermostat could not be set below 22°C (72°F), and it took 3–4 hours to cool the room. Unfortunately, we would shower and go out for dinner about an hour later, and the A/C would shut off again when we left. Returning around 10:00 p.m. meant starting the cooling process all over again, and the room often didn't become comfortable until 1:00 or 2:00 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. We mentioned this to the hotel staff, hoping they could help or override the system, but they were not very helpful. Overall, the hotel has many positives, especially its location, but the air conditioning policy significantly affected our stay.

Cleaning staff works very hard. Gran Bahai is clean, clean, clean. Early in AM, staff are outside washing lounge chairs by the pool, sweeping & cleaning everywhere. Every day they replenished towels, TP, cleaned sinks & toilets & whatever needed doing. Small, efficient fridge was in room (non mini-bar stocked) to fill with your cold drinks. Pool was lovely, but quite small for a hotel of this size (2 buildings). There was also a lifeguard/attendant from 9:30am-6:30pm, who handed out towels. Some didn't care if there were towels on chairs with no one on them for hours on end, while others did and removed towels after about half an hour. It was usually challenging to get a chair unless you went out bright & early before lifeguard arrived. 6:30pm way too early to close pool when it's that hot (35-40C). Excellent breakfast buffet - pretty much anything you could want, except for oatmeal (or a hot porridge of some sort). They also offered a dinner buffet at 15 Euro per person. Each day they had a different roasted meat + cooked fresh fish for those who wanted it. It was a nice break from all the heavy fried stuff along the Boardwalk. Our room was right at the front facing the beach. We had a huge terrace which provided a lovely cool and welcoming breeze - worth the splurge. Staff very nice and accommodating. 4 Star? Not in my opinion. Our room had 1 uncomfortable molded plastic chair in it. We were there for 2 wks, so not ideal. Dresser for clothes would've been nice.

Great stay at this quiet, yet comfortable and well-decorated hotel with beautiful views and very nice staff. A boutique hotel experience, with super easy access to the beach and boardwalk. All inclusive food options are pretty limited, but the food tastes good and there’s always a variety to choose from. Thank you, hotel club S’Illot!

Great stay at the hotel! Huge thank you and great job to the staff and the manager for making our stay there amazing! Great choice of food for breakfast and dinner! Will be back again for sure!
