This is a lovely hotel and conveniently located to the central plaza. I did not go to the swimming pool, spa, or workout room but when I checked out they charged me a resort fee. I was not aware there was an extra resort fee :( also the spa is closed on Sunday, so I ended up getting a 120 minute massage at another resort.

The hotel is very nice and the room was spacious. However, the restaurant (Amaya) was overpriced with mediocre food. They brought us the wrong dessert and charged $45 to our room by mistake. I had to call the hotel twice to get it refunded.

The staff are wonderful. The cleaning is exceptional. The coffee is just brown water & the pool was closed the whole time we were there & that was not communicated prior to booking. I would stay again if the pool was open.

Hotel is an older property with older furniture, but the decor is lovely and hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and the railyard. They also offer a complementary shuttle. Most of the staff were very friendly. The only complaints which are very minor is our suite was missing the slippers to go with our robes and our room was right next to the exit door so it was a little noisy. Otherwise a very cozy hotel in a great location.

Beautiful hotel. Great, friendly staff. Spa was great & were v accommodating. Restaurant on premises had v good food. My only complaint is $15 for a continental breakfast. Holiday inn has better breakfast for free.
