Felt unsafe for car/hotel; hot tub cloudy/pool dirty, breakfast not good and limited amount of each item. Bathroom mirror falling apart and tub water spout loose. Lights in bathroom not functions- had to leave on for quite awhile before they reached brightness.

Hotel needs help

Front desk was awesome. Noticed hotel could be cleaner. Dusty chairs in dining and wads of hair on lower window ledge and windows filthy. Also bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and outlet not working in bath. Room 132. Overall hotel needs touches/upgrade.

Jefferson is an amazing employee. Veey helpfull and great people skills. Our check-in was smooth and fast. He went the extra mile and helpes us get permission to oark our motorcycle's right outside the main entrance. We will definetly be stayi g there on our futurectrips.

I liked how it was close to several of the attractions that we were going too. We didn't like that check in was supposed to be at 3:00, but they didn't have our room done and ready until close to 5:30. The building was very dated and was very confusing to navigate. It was layed out poorly. The amenities were lacking and poorly maintained. The workout equipment sounded like it was on its last leg, and half of it did not work appropriately. The only doors that worked to provide access to the building were the front doors, and the rooms had no trash bags. Also, the pool was not well maintained and smelled moldy. Overall, I think we overpaid for what was provided.

Noisy with loud slamming doirs

Nice hotel, but under renovation. Very noisy with doors lamming starting at 5:30 am. Breakfast mediocre from someone with lactose intolerance although they had oat milk for my cereal. Certainly not worth $20 extra charge.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They recently renovated; however the bathroom sink needed a washer or something. It sprayed me when I used it. The water also didn't get hot at the sink. However everything else was very good. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. It's a convenient location! Lots of food, shopping, galleries and museums in easy driving distance.
