The wait to check in was over an hour. Apparently, the rooms weren't ready even if we waited to check in. There was no parking and we were harassed to pay $50.00 to park. We decided just to go home after the concert rather than deal with the hotel.

The gym facility was the best part of our stay. Upon arrival we were taken back by the people charging for parking infront of the hotel, & as we drove up we were welcomed with a line as if it was an amusement park ride. We arrived around 4 pm & check in is at 3. We waited in line until 5:30pm for the room to be ready, standing outside. No water was offered or food or deduction from our stay. I understand it was a busy event weekend. The hotel lacked initiative & preparation for the volume of people it was hosting. There really is no excuse to the delay. The restroom had hair in the showers & the carpet seemed to not be vacuumed. There was a towel in the ground behind the door when we entered the room.

The location of this hotel was great for the event that we went to at Levi Stadium. Very easy walk to the event and also a quick ride from the airport. Just a few complaints…we did find quite a bit of black hairs in the shower. Both on the floor and the wall. We washed them down, but was still gross. They also have motion detector lights in the bathroom. So if you walk in to use the restroom in the middle of the night it shines bright into the room and wakes others up. We found no way of turning this option off. The pool was great. We checked out at 5:30am to catch our flight and I think woke the desk attendant up. He was not friendly and said not a word other than “room number” and “you’re good.” A “thanks for staying with us” would have been nice.

Waited 45 minutes in line to check in at 3:00 only to find out that our rooms were not available yet. Checked back 2 hours later, still not ready, with no estimated time they would be ready. Had to leave at 6 for concert, forced to get ready in bathroom. At 615, rooms were finally available but we were heading out to concert. Moved bags into room after midnight when we got back to the hotel. Very frustrating experience and the restaurant onsite is not open 24 hours.

Great Place for Couples Shouldn't pay for parking!

Avatar is a gift

Quick trip for a video game expo at the Convention Center, conveniently located, quick access to coffee, very clean rooms, in a safe location. I’ve stayed a few times here now, always a pleasure. Fun story, the first time I stayed here I mentioned in the notes that I was there for a video game convention, and they left a board game on my pillow with a very nice card that told me to have a great time at convention. After that I was sold, great place to stay, great staff, can’t really say enough good things about this place.

This is my second time staying here specifically for the location to the stadium. A short walk. Very convenient. Multiple Food options across the street & close by. Hotel was clean and the grounds look maintained. Room felt clean & a lot of lighting.

1. A guy at the paking lot entrance asked me to pay $60 for an event, when i said im a guest at the hotel he acted like i was lying..couldn't find close parking to register. 2. It was past 4 30p when we check in and our room was not ready we waited about 18mins. Room should of been ready at 3. 4. Our was missing the TV remote which i called the front desk never cane, went to ask them for one at the front tesk for them to tell me someone will bring it then i a found the maintenance guy walking around with our remote in hand. 4. They could of at least offered to waived our $15 parking fee. Overall, im dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay. I DEFINITELY will not be staying here again

Easy Breezy

This hotel is so cute! The pool was amazing and the design of the lobby was so modern boho cute! Our room was a little small but very clean, had everything we needed. Very friendly front desk help. And the price is $100 cheaper than the hotel across the street. It’s a very short drive to Great America and the Levi’s stadium making it very convenient. I hope to stay here again!
