Excellent hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are top class and well maintained. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really good options and good quality. If I was to be really picky, I’d say that the pool water was a bit too cold and the music sometimes a bit too loud but that really is nitpicking. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

All the staff are fantastic, the breakfast selection and quality was the best I have had in any hotel ever! The grounds are immaculate, the pool is big and importantly pretty warm! I would not hesitate to come here again thanks for making our stay so special!

We arrived at 10pm to a warm welcome, a complimentary drink and, although the restaurant had closed, food had been put by for us to enjoy (much needed). We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Even though it was early July, the hotel did not appear to be full. There are sufficient sun beds to cater for all guests around a large pool area, which is surrounded by a well maintained beautiful garden. The hotel is most suitable for any guests that may be infirm or struggle with mobility because all the common areas as relatively flat without steps. The accommodation blocks are low rise (ground floor plus two floors) accessible by wide stairwells plus lifts. All of the staff were brilliant - from reception to pool bar / restaurant to the cleaners. Most friendly and helpful. Overall great value for such a lovely hotel. When returning to Majorca in the future, the CM Mallorca Palace will be on our list to stay again.

The hotel is very quiet, and the reception staff is very friendly. The food was great with a lot of options; however, the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to understand English very well. The dining closing time is too early (9 PM). Sometimes it was a bit difficult to find a sunshade by the pool. The room toilet could benefit from a renovation.

I LOOOOVED this hotel. The staff were the nicest I’ve ever met and the hotel is gorgeous. The spa is very small as is the gym. The massage I had was excellent but I like to lounge about after.

The hotel was in a very nice location next to the beach and a nature reserve which was great for going on walks. The room was nice and the food was great. We also really enjoyed the fitness classes (yoga and aqua gym) run by Alex - he was a really great animator! He took us on a very fun excursion on the reserve as well. Overall a great trip!
