Our stay at Eurostars Al-Andalus was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room smelled like a sewer, and the bedsheets were damp. Even the blanket had visible stains. We called the front desk to request clean blankets, but it took hours for someone to respond, and we had to call again to remind them. When they finally arrived, the replacement blankets smelled musty. We had an early flight the next morning and desperately needed a good night's sleep, but that was impossible. The room smelled terrible, the bedding was unclean, and dogs barked throughout the night. When I called the front desk to complain about the barking, an employee came up about 30 minutes later. He entered our room and immediately insisted there was no barking, saying, "Where is the noise?" Ironically, as soon as he stepped out, the dogs started barking again. I asked him to wait a few minutes so he could hear it for himself, but instead he became argumentative and repeatedly said they could not move us to another room. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi, so we couldn't search for another hotel or purchase tickets for the next part of our trip. My children were staying in another room where the air conditioning wasn't working, despite the sweltering heat. The next morning, we called to request an iron before checking out. It didn't arrive after our first request, so we had to call again. When it finally came, the iron had exposed wires, and my daughter was shocked while ironing her

The hotel was amazing, a massive thankyou to all the staff who were so helpful and accommodating from breakfast and bar staff to reception to room service. We had the terrace room on the 4th floor which was absolutely worth every penny ! The fridge was replenishing everyday with complimentary drinks and complementary drinks between 4pm -7.30pm around the pool. The hotel is central to all sights . We took advantage of the hotel free cycle hire which was great fun. Will definitely return !

Location and boutique feel to the property. Everything was walkable, and many wonderful restaurants close by. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Most amazing staff in all of Spain. Special shout out to Pedro for helping me after I fainted. His quick thinking ensured my safety and well being. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location cannot be beat. Centrally located to all the must see spots. Clean and well maintained. Please keep in mind that this structure has been around since the 1500s. Updates have been tastefully done, but it is an older building. If you're looking for modern- this is not your spot. If you want charm, history, and tradition- please book here. Pros- location, staff (outstanding), cleanliness. Cons - not the most comfortable bed

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Seville has to offer. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The concierge and valet team were outstanding, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations, transport, and ensuring our stay was seamless. The bar staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The breakfast team also deserves special praise for their excellent service and the quality and variety of the food each morning. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the high standard of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it represented excellent value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again.
