We rented a 2-queen suite. Room could use some updating including the pull-out sofa and a larger tv. Beds were comfortable. Warm breakfast that pretty good. Convenient to the islands and a few attractions.

I wanted to share some of our feedback of your recent stay at your hotel . Overall, our experience was positive , the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the food and amenities . However, I was very disappointed in our room when we arrived. The room was not cleaned bugs and everywhere , hair in the shower and candy in the beds and on the floor.it made the space feel uncomfortable and not up to your usual standards.

the only reason I didn't cancel my reservation upon entering my room is I know it is a pain in the ass to be reimbursed from Expedia for a pre-booked room. the whole place smelled musty and thankfully it was only me and only a room to sleep in. I would never let my family stay at this place, it's really a rundown dump under a fresh coat of paint.

Beautiful location, great gym, loved the soap/lotion Room smelled wet as soon as you walked in. The phone would not stop flashing red. Breakfast was lackluster.

I reserved a room for me and my girlfriend at the Port Clinton Holiday Inn for our trip to Put in Bay. When we arrived, we noticed stains on our bed sheets and many spiders inside of the bathroom. We ended up avoiding sitting things on the corner of our sheets and killed the spiders in the bathroom. Throughout the stay there, we both noticed we were feeling off and ended up with headaches. We didn't think anything of it until we were leaving Friday morning. We noticed that there was black mold inside of the air conditioner in our room. Had we have noticed it earlier, we would have requested another room. My girlfriend also woke up with several bug bites on her legs and feet after sleeping there. Other than that, the rest of the stay wasn't too bad. The coffee machines were awesome and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the outdoor area that's on the back side of the hotel. You have to be careful though when sitting at the tables out there due to the amount of spiders all over the place.
