Some good, some bad

Best part about this hotel was the breakfast. My kids looked forward to making waffles and being able to get milk and juice to drink. The hotel room was also very spacious, even with the couch being used as a bed. For me, the cleanliness was below average. There was goldfish under the edge of our bed. The floors did not looked vacuumed. Room service did not clean up our dirty towels or empty our trash even though it was very full. We had to request clean towels from the front desk.

It is a very nice hotel. My bed was broken and didn't fit on the bed frame well, but other than that, everything was great. Great breakfast and service. The pool area was maintained well. I would definitely book again. .

Kiosk used for checking in while in house staff stands at desk. Check in person on Kiosk spoke broken English. Floors looked like a homicide scene in hallway. Filth and awful smells. UNLIKE ANY othe Country Inn and Suites we’ve ever stayed at. Yall should be ashamed.

Hotel needs some updates. Ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor. My air conditioner broke on the 3rd night i was there. Stayed 4 total nights and never had housekeeping show up. The location is close to highway. The rooms were clean

It is an okay hotel if you are looking to save money. If you are used to really nice surroundings and furnishings, this one is a little bit older and out of date even though they look like they have remodeled.

Definitely dated and had some wear and tear in the room. The hallway had some trash that never got picked up, the shower took forever to heat up and then was red hot, and the breakfast was typical for hotel fodder. Nothing special, but not the worst.

Good stay, clean room. Bathtub had mold and mildew stains in the calking and looked very grubby. Had to check in using virtual assistant, didn’t like that at all. Not very personal. Had to go back downstairs because our keys didn’t work. No time saved there. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good.

We had to check in via a kiosk because no one came to the front desk after ringing the bell, three times. When we finally made it to our room, the key card didn’t work. We had to go back downstairs and wait for an employee to finally help us. They are in need of updating and improved cleanliness.

The staff was great! The hotel itself was fine, but the bathroom for our room was not great. It was dirty and outdated. The shower needed a deep clean and new caulk as there was pink mold all along the caulk lines. When we walked into our room for the first time there was hair and toothpaste in the sink. Additionally, on our last day, there was a huge house centipede in the shower. This hotel is not worth the price tag.
