Very clean. Enjoyed the walking path around hotel. The alpacas were a hit. Enjoyed our massages. . Breakfast is about $40 pp and tasty. Excellent service throughout. The only issue we have is that the pool is crowded and full of kids and we could not get a lounge chair.

The view from this hotel was amazing. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were also very kind. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Paso Robles.

Great Tranquil Escape

Everywhere you look is carefully designed to give a feel that you have escaped to Tuscany. Cello the onsite restaurant is delicious with great drink choices. We had an amazing time. Rooms are large and roomy. It was great to relax in the pool and take many pictures in the resort.

The service left little to be desired. On 2 separate occasions we asked them to replace the hair dryer which was not working upon check in and this never happened. Also asked for more towels and they were never delivered to our room. Also surprising was that to speak with hotel staff required a 6 to 7 minute hold on 2 separate occasions. Perhaps this establishment felt their reputation allowed them to dismiss any hospitality requests. The grounds and artwork are amazing but the customer service was unimpressive given the amount we were charged per night. Would definitely stay elsewhere in the future.
