San Juan Island Vacation Packages

This space was not accurately reflected in the pictures posted online: dirty scuffed walls, stores not vacuumed, dark, stained couch, damaged blinds. Not a positive experience.

Great staff, beautiful rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Excellent hotel

Needs to be refreshed. Feels very old inside.

Clean room + gave us extra towels, but a little unmaintained. The "continental breakfast" you had to pay for. We went through several sets of keycards, they kept deactivating despite being nowhere near a wallet or phone or each other. Really weird. We used their laundry machine using the powder recommended & sold in their little store, and it stained several of our clothes with BLUE STREAKS. Very not cool. Inconvenient to have no elevator, and the receptionist huffed and made remarks about my request for the 2nd floor. Worth the money, but kind of a hassle.
