San Jose Island Vacation Packages

The room was clean. Bed was soft. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very nice and pleasant. Our fishing trip came back late. So we were rushing to get showered and repack our stuff. The front desk lady called me on the room phone and said check out was at 12; she was very rude. I explained that we were told we could check out at 1. She said no ma'am check out is at 12. I did tell her we would pay the extra $50. She said fine, you need to come pay it right now. We had expressed with everyone and every time I interacted with the hotel staff that we would need a late check out. I was told no problem. I'm a receptionist and I know there are more professional and non-confrontational way to have requested that we come pay the extra $50. Other than the last hour at the hotel it was great.

Vehicle was vandalized when parking in a spot not know it was assigned because i was informed that i could park anywhere and parking was abundant. Along with the vandalism to my vehicle i was left with a hateful note.

My family and I absolutely loved the property. We have stayed at several spots over the years and this one will be one we return to. We especially loved the black cosmetic towels - that detail really matters when most use white cosmetic towels. The only complaint (if any) would be the beds are very very firm but the pull out couch was comfortable.
