This hotel is very old, in a historic building, however, the signature Westin scent couldn't mask the old smell. Rooms felt fairly outdated and the hotel itself just was very below any other Westin we've stayed in.

I believe every single person spoke with or met at this hotel was kind and courteous. I loved the room service, they went out of their way and made the room worth coming back to everyday. The reception desk was amazing and I felt cared about. Thank you for a lovely stay! Its an older property, but that makes it all the more beautiful too.

Really lovely hotel, exceeded expectations. Some reviewers say the room and bathroom are small, but i’m more focused on cleanliness and furnishings not being outdated. My kiddo now attends SJSU (walkable) and this location was great. I will happily book here again in the future. Gym was also nice. Complimentary kurig coffee in the main lobby.
