A great overall experience!

My stay with my sister in law was an overall enjoyable experience. Our initial room had some HVAC issues and we were quickly relocated to an alternate room on a lower floor. The second room was more comfortable but with a less desirable view and some maintenance issues in the bathroom including a tattered shower curtain and a slow draining sink. After notifying the front desk about the issues without a resolution we just chose to bear with it for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the pool/jacuzzi made up for any dissatisfaction. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating and the gym was top of the line. The daily cleaning service was thorough and efficient. I would still choose to stay here again dispite the unpleasantries in the beginning.

Received $10 discount card upon check-in, onlybto find out that it is not possible to use it, because bar staff say so, it is up to them to apply it or not. Tgere must be a minimum amount to consume, which isn't written in the discount card, Expedia or even mentioned by the receptionist.

The staff at this hotel was amazing and awesome. Alvaro in the breakfast area was unbelievably great as well as Mercedes. Ricardo Vargas the head chef for breakfast was fantastic and so very considerate in making our experience at breakfast amazing. Edgar was fantastic as well-he was always asking if he could do anything to make our stay great.

I didn't get feel for staying in radison, it was like some regular random place.useally m the last peron to complaint, but i want to let that know staff side they have to work rest i dnt mind or better management team with more english or professional hospitality experience.

I had a last minute change of plans and picked this place from its good reviews This property is very clean, well maintained and the staff does a great job making you feel welcome. I arrived 2 hours earlier than check in (unplanned) and the staff was very accommodating and was able to check me into a room as soon as possible.
