Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Like a group of teenagers running the place. I called and was hung up on multiple times and when I finally heard a pick up but no response I started saying hello hello is this la Quinta the response I received was very rude and disrespectful. Than to go off saying I was the person calling and hanging up on them and what did I want? What did I want ? now all I am wanting is to cancel this whole hotel stay than deal with immaturity of these miserable front office girls… never will I recommend or book with this property ever again. Clearly something was wrong with their phone system and they had the nerve to treat me like a child. The owner or manager truly needs to step in on how their front staff is managing their business….

The hotel itself was clean and nicely updated. The room was nice and clean and comfy beds. We weren’t so blessed with loud guests above us. 1st night they came in at 2:30 stomping around for awhile, we let it go. The. The 2nd night at 10:30 they decided they wants to party with sounded like a ton of people with heels and blaring music. We ended up having to have front desk come up and verify it was above us and he had to go to their room and talk to them. It did get quiet after that was done. They proceeded to come in again at 3am and woke my family up again. It’s a part of being in a hotel, but when we aren’t there for partying and having to get up early makes for rough nights sleep.

The first room assigned had a bad odor, the reception staff was nice to gave us a different room which it was nice and clean. Unfortunately the stay was not good due of lousy people on the 2nd floor very noisy, I called front desk and complained but the noise Continue through the night. Also they didn’t have an iron in the room, it’s available upon request.

Property is very nice I just didn’t like that parking is 25 per night we came in 2 vehicles because I met my daughter here since she’s doing competition so we parked on street I believe a reasonable price would be like 10 dollars a night.
