Will stay here again. Very clean and very quiet (until flights started out of the airport in the am). Staff competent and kind. Good location for flying in or out of San Jose. Comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator -- just missing an in room coffee maker but tea/coffee were available in the lobby area. Minor complaint: only one paper cup in the room with two double beds. Accessible bath/shower was fantastic.

The customer service on arrival was poor, not welcoming at all. Didnt advise of anything, such as the bagel bar ir coffee. Only gave me 1 key when there was two of us. Room was average, poor water pressure and hot temperature.

Great room, comfortable and clean. I would have given it a five star but they advertise thwt they have a shuttle service. I booked a disabled room for my parents who need it transportation to the airpor. Their "shuttle" is an UBER it was rough to get a car that woukd accommodate my father and his wheelchair.
