Normally would rate higher, but I was disappointed that I didn't get the type of rooms I had reserved and paid for. I had booked 2 high floor rooms with 2 queen beds each, but instead got 2 high floor rooms with 1 king bed each instead. When I went to the front desk to complain, they said that they don't have high floor rooms with 2 queen beds, and that Hyatt must have automatically converted the booking to 1 king bed instead. Since the hotel was full they couldn't move us, and was only able to comp us free breakfasts. My complaint is that if rooms with 2 queen beds weren't available, why was I able to book it? And if there was a mistake, why couldn't I get a refund on the price difference? The cost of the breakfast would not have made up the price difference. I was very disappointed that I didn't get the type of room I booked.
