Its as advertised. Excellent service, breakfast, free shuttle, wofi, courtyard eiith beautiful trees and seating areas. Close to the airport so you will hear aircraft but worth the proximity. Very cute resident dog

This place is conveniently located near the airport and it was above our expectations. Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, free shuttle from airport and friendly staff. We would consider booking it again for our next trip.

Very helpful and polite staff who also picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night. Very nice breakfast. Main (and only) downside (or advantage?) is that the hotel is so close to the airport that you can hear any airplane taking off (which starts around 4:30 am in the night), so if you are noise-sensitive, this is not your place.

Stayed here 1 night between flying in to San Jose airport and driving to our final destination in Jaco. They offered free shuttle service from airport, and to car rental facility. Super friendly staff, and delicious breakfast offered. Would stay here again if we return to San Jose.

Comfortable and clean rooms with a cozy outdoor area to sit. Breakfast was more than I expected - wonderful continental spread in a lovely, relaxed setting. Because we had an early flight, we were even given a couple of “to go” breakfast options! We really appreciated the prompt communication and shuttle service to and from the airport. I’m glad we didn’t have to drive in their heavy rush hour traffic. Jolanda is an excellent hostess and driver! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice place close to airport. Rooms are basic and no AC. It it was cool when I arrived. They picked me up from airport at 12:30am for free and dropped me back in the morning. Breakfast was really nice.

Elizabeth and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that our time with them was safe and convienient. Despite the fact that our plane was delayed multiple times and we ended up coming in at a VERY unhappy hour, they gave us a shuttle from the airport, which is quite close, and also provided a breakfast in advance of our early departure. A solid place run by real people who are generous and sincere. Our thanks, Elizabeth and Daniel!

Great place to stay at the start or end of your trip. They will shuttle you to and from the airport and it is very close to Adobe car rental if you use that company. We walked from the hotel to get our car and parked it at the hotel the second last day we were there. Staff is friendly and we enjoyed having the breakfast in the morning before heading out.

Nice people. Close to airport. Lovely garden. Great breakfast in the garden pavilion. Very affordable. We had an unexpected overnight because of a cancelled flight and this worked out great. Nice Columbian restaurant two blocks away. We would stay again!
