Ants, Ants Everywhere

We booked a night for both of us to get rest between two nursing shifts. We ordered a pizza and enjoyed half of it before we fell asleep. We woke up a couple hours later to find ants covering the pizza and snacks we left on the table. The experience completely ruined our food and well deserved rest. We checked in at 4pm and left at 11:30pm, my wife went in a little early for her shift while I slept in the car for a few more hours.

I requested no down comforter in the booking, as I am very allergic to down. Down triggers my asthma. I phoned the day before to make sure could be acommodated, & told clerk on check-in. 3 times requested no down & there was down. Clerk said someone would remove it, but never did.

When I called prior to arrival to find out about the free airport shuttle I was told just to call once we landed and the shuttle would come pick us up. When we arrived at 1:30pm, I called and was told the shuttle was not running again until 3:00pm. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. On the first night a fire alarm went off for about 2 minutes in the middle of the night.
