Clean room, courteous staff. The only thing I would have a comment about is how the glass door in the shower is.. I’ve noticed is the same design at different Tru hotels and because the way it is installed water can go outside the shower area.

Very terrible stay. The room I was given was not clean. Dusty under the TV. The toilet was not clean, shampoo on the food and bathroom was perhaps not cleaned after the last user checked out. I took pictures to show them in the morning. It was cleaned at about 10 am.My entire stay I could use the bathroom. Asked them to return my money they said they can’t because I booked with Expedia. Terrible experience.

Asked for a regular room they gave me a handicap room I usually wouldn't complain but this isn't the first time they do this to me. The beds were hard, but other than that it was a good place to stay. There's a lot of options as far as entertainment and food options near hotel

The positives: It is right around the corner from the Six Flags Park and after a long and tiring day of walking around the park, getting to a clean, comfy bed is great. The bed was clean and comfortable and I slept like a rock. The check in process late at night was friendly and efficient. I found the front desk clerk to be nice and welcoming. The negatives: The breakfast was just tasteless, crowded and ordinary. For a Hilton brand I expected more. It tasted like the type of breakfast you could expect at the Holiday Inn. Just really bland and nothing special. The tables in the breakfast area were DISGUSTING. They forget to clean them? Obviously it is a place frequented by families with small children so tidying up might make sense. I had to clean my own table mind you after paying over $250 a night to stay there. I have seen cleaner tables at Motel 6. The front desk clerk upon check out came across as a little bit rude to me. Maybe she was trying to crack a joke and it came across the wrong way. But regardless, she does not know me personally and should not be trying to be funny with someone she does not know. I found it off-putting. My experience there leaves a lot to be desired and I found the price does not match the property at all. It feels like a discount motel and should be priced accordingly.
