Pretty new hotel, everything is clean. Very quiet area with stores at the Rim pretty close by. Breakfast is good, the usual options of fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage patties, bacon, waffles and bagels.

The only thing about my stay at this hotel was, I did not like that there were no black out blinds or shades in the room and there was just to much light coming in from the street lights outside,it felt like I was sleeping with the lights on in the room and I cant sleep with lights on, so i did not sleep good at all when I was there. My ask it that you please put black out curtains ,blinds or shades to reduce the amount of light that comes into the room at night. Thank you Mr McIntosh

PM Staff was rude (specifically the front desk clerk. No welcome or anything, kept fumbling on the computer, cursing under her breath , until she finally looked at me and said she was busy trying to log into the computers. which is fine but i was waiting 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me, elevator was not working twice, fire alarm rang in the middle of the night causing panic but no one would let us know what was happening. Room was not clean, mirrors were dirty, bed had hair on it. Pillows were way too old. Decent breakfast and the morning staff was a lot nicer.

Staff was friendly and quick to provide extra towels/tissues when requested. Rooms are clean and well laid out for organizing luggage/clothing. Breakfast provided delicious coffee and food options. Pool was sparkling clean and max 5 foot depth is great for family fun. Highly recommended hotel.

This hotel was adequate. People were so nice!! Main problem is it was loud! We could hear everyone in the hall. Probably because no carpet and also the door had like a crack between door and frame

Very dirty room!!

Was completely shocked at how dirty the room was!! Toilet had pink scum in the bottom and seat had greasy butt marks. The floors had ground in dirt and dried food on the counter tops. Was very glad I brought Clorox wipes to make the room acceptable. I did not have the time to deal with housekeeping because my work load was too heavy. I let the front desk know what had happened and their response was to have a nice day!! This hotel is only 4 months old and has a way to go to work out the kinks.
