Okay stay for a Family Night

Pool had no towels available on Saturday afternoon...and no one staffing the bar during the 45 min we were out there -- approx 330p- 415p. Disappointing bc that was the only time we had out there before the storm hit. Also pool could have used some skimming as we were busy plucking leaves and debris out. Front desk staff were helpful

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars on overall and cleanliness, is because they really need staff (at least two persons) on the pools areas. After a windy night, both pools were very dirty with debris the next morning and nobody did nothing about it. I even asked to see if I could borrow the net to clean all the leaves but they couldn’t find one. Other than that, it’s a great place to get away and relax.

The pool only had 3 umbrellas. Looks fantastic in pictures. Grounds around were very pretty. The fees were ridiculous. We paid $151.00 per night. Self parking for a Hilton $22.00 per day and every other imaginable fee. Our bill for 4 nights was $1,150. We had breakfast 3 days, 1 lunch and several diet cokes. No alcohol. I would not recommend using Expedia.

Spend a little extra for something better!

We booked this hotel based on the pictures and description “family/kid friendly” and the pools/amenities. When we arrived, the woman checking us in was pleasant but mentioned many times how busy it was and how overwhelmed she was feeling. She didn’t have much help, I felt bad for her. We got into our room and it was warm and humid, the temp set at 68. We turned it down in hopes that the room just needed air circulation. The fridge wasn’t working, and we had fruit, snacks and drinks for our family. We let the woman (someone different) at the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at (3:30p). We were looking forward to going to the pool (our son loves to swim) and when we got down there, it was very small and insanely crowded. Pictures are not honest at all. We weren’t allowed to take in any snacks or drinks, and it took 45 minutes for someone to show up at the bar for us to order anything. The pool was bath water warm and murky. Not once did I see staff checking on it or attempting to help keep it clean. Back in the room, 2 hours later, the room was not any cooler and still humid, fridge still not working. We called down and they said they hadn’t had a chance to look at it and would send someone up. 2 hours more and I tried to call the desk, multiple times, with no answer. The bathroom was dirty, the beds HARD and the carpet felt moist. Hands down the worst hotel stay we’ve experienced, won’t be returning.

I know this property was recently renovated, so not sure what it looked like before; but it was definitely very nice! Loved the pools, games in the courtyard, and the fact that they had things available to make things fun for our kids. The outside bar wasn't open during our stay, so can't speak on that. The restaurant was decent, they could work on a few things...but they have a little bit of everything and the ingredients were fresh. It also made for a nice option if you didn't want to fight traffic and construction around the area. Our room was great and layout was really nice. The wet bar was a great addition, and I liked the separate lounging area from the bedroom. Another plus was the bathroom. The separate tub and shower was awesome!! Sea World is 5 minutes away, which was a big selling point considering we were in town for that reason. There are also a lot of options nearby for dining, coffee, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment options.
