We got a suite to be able to have a seating area to watch TV. The TV only worked sometimes. They weren’t able to fully fix it, replace it. We asked to give us at least a refund for the amount extra it costs us to upgrade but it was not approved. Rooms need upkeep also. Customer service was pleasant and professional but couldn’t fix the issue. The toilet seat was also in bad condition

Had to pay for parking and breakfast which was awful after paying for the stay. I am a Hilton rewards member and did not like this Hilton. Definitely preferred the one we stayed at in Houston over this particular one.
