I was placed in several different rooms due to the cockroaches I found in them. It was horrible! I had to buy roach motels and roach spray just to be able to sleep. My sister, who came to stay one night with me, was awoken in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling on her forehead. What a nightmare. The day I checked out, there was a woman yelling outside my door. She apparently was in the middle of some drug psychosis and carried on for over an hour. I will never stay at this hotel again. I stayed here before the present management, when it was Super 8 Hotel, and it was a lot nicer. No roaches back then. I’ll never stay at a Flex Studios Hotel again! The only nice thing I can say about this hotel would be about the male counter agent. He was nice and tried very hard to get me a better room. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one.

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The room was absolutely filthy, sheets stained, floor sticky and obviously not washed in a long time. Bed bug droppings in the dresser even the shower was broken. Asked the desk attendant for new bed clothes and was told they had none. Long story short we stayed 1 night(only necause we flew in late and had no choice) and found a new hotel first thing the next morning. Im not a real picky person and can let a lot slide but this place is just shameful in all aspects. I TRULY and with all honesty recomend not to stay here.

Very disappointed never again

I hate to do this type of reviews but I had not choice ,they charge a fee before I was gonna do my check in and for me It was like a extra night when I only booked 4 nights the guy in the front desk says that they gonna refund that fee after my checkout then the room wasn’t comfortable at all had cockroaches in the bathroom even when I was sleeping so disgusting and of course after my check out today I told to the other guy that I’m still not getting my refund and apparently it was all in the price they just return my $20 deposit but not the other fee so disappointing

Nice stay for price

The location is good for what I needed. The room was clean for the most part. I did see one or two small roaches however for the price, you get what you pay for. The water pressure is excellent and the water stays hot for as long as you need so that’s a plus when staying here. Gentlemen at check in and check out were very friendly and professional.

The staff was nice and informative. The room had a sketchy lock, no central light. No light in front of the mirror to wash hands, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. It was super noisy so you can’t really sleep, either.

Roach City

The motel is roach infested, things are "Jerry rigged", there's a hint of mildew in the air, housekeeping is next to non existing, they will not offer you any essentials, like toilet paper during your stay & the floors are seriously dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you don't mind rooming with villages of roaches invading your space.
