First time I have to much trouble in this Embassy. Hilton app never worked, room keys didn’t work either, swimming pool was dirty, only two elevators we’re working and it was a big line to use the elevators.

paid extra for a riverwalk view. while "technically" was true it was an obstructed view and was extremly high up. i felt like i was lied to with this. dont pay extra. i was cheated

It was beautifully located. I just didn’t like that they don’t tell you ahead of time that you have to pay for valet parking. I don’t mind paying but knowing ahead of time would’ve been nice l. And they charged me twice for my room but I’m sure they will resolve that.
