The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decor and a lovely atmosphere. However, our overall experience was marred by a lack of customer service. During our stay, we asked one of the front desk staff members to take a photo of us, but she barely acknowledged us—she simply took the phone, snapped the picture, and returned it without any engagement. We expressed our gratitude, but she simply nodded in response. We also rented a cabana, but unfortunately, we were never approached by staff to take our drink orders. Instead, we had to go up to the front ourselves to get our own drinks, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we were not informed at check-in that we would need to give a 24-hour notice for room service, which would have been helpful to know. Overall, the experience with customer service left much to be desired. It's a shame because the hotel itself is lovely and has great potential.

Valet service team and steam room were great! Spa was overpriced with low activity. The new restaurant was good, 2014 Sustenio menu was much better though. Front desk staff weren’t jumping to provide excellent service but were prompt to get us checked out.

Stay was nice, however a few issues. Coffee maker did not work. After two attempts to get it replaced took it to the concierge and told them to get it replaced, which they did. Body wash dispenser in the room was empty. That had to be replaced. No house-keeping for 3 days.. This is a holdover from Covid. Hotels feel they do not have to make up rooms which saves them money. Parking is valet mandatory at $40.00 a night, and resort fee mandatory at $25.00 a night.
