Great stay for the price

The room smelt clean when we arrived, bed was comfortable, AC was cool and shower was amazing. Also the parking lot was very well lite.

Awful. We canceled after one night due to a night with little sleep courtesy of pipes knocking in the walls and waking up covered in bed bug bites (see photos). The staff and management are beyond rude. Called us liars. Asked for contact information for the owner and was told no. Wanted a refund and was told no because I reported them to the health department. Yes I did because I gave you the opportunity to do the right thing and correct the problem but you didn’t care and due to my profession I am mandated to report public health issues. I don’t apologize for that. Do not stay at this property. You do not have a right to keep my money when you did not deliver an acceptable service to me. It is a reasonable expectation to have a clean room free of parasites.

Staff was incredible!

We needed a quick hotel to be near our son at Lackland. This hotel was a good price, allowed pets, and was close. It’s not a 5 star place, but it was what we needed. The people working there were great. They allowed us an early check in, they were very friendly, housekeeping came by and made sure we had all we needed, they were great. We would stay here again.

No internet no hbo. We were kicked out at 11:00 a.m. right at checkout with a loud knock at the door then accused of not paying for our dog which we did. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The room was nice. Pool very clean. Just didnt like how we were treated at checkout

The staff were excellent, took Great care of us. They had everything we needed, we were their for Air Force graduation and made it so easy with information, instructions and maps to make it so easy to find our way around. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning in 100° weather were the best I've ever encountered. Pricing is amazing, I would revisit this establishment again.

Disgusting, smelly, dump of a place masqurading as a standard hotel. We left within 5 mins of arriving?The reception is like a shed to one side of the front building. With a pervasive smell of a poorly maintained public toilet that greeted us as soon we stepped into the building. The rest of the building is a motel-type strip structure that felt neither safe nor secure. There was a stale bathroom smell hanging over the room from previous occupation. Everything was basic, ramshackled and barely sanitary. I'm still stunned by the idea that Expedia would act as store front for this scam trap! Stay away unless you have a preference for slum-grade hospitality!

The only problem i had, was the matress, i could feel the springs, but besides that this was my 3rd stay there within the last 6 months. I was visiting my grandson at lackland air force base san antonio texas.
