The property is old, but still relevant. Understaffed and the front desk attendant placed another guest in my room after I was already in it, and they walked in on me. Also, there is no chocolate in the not well stocked concession area. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean.

Outdated hotel in need of a remodel. I was placed in a room near the swimming pool and the room felt like it was from the 90’s. Old room with a dirty looking (stained) bathtub.

While this is not your usual Crowne Plaza type hotel, for the value it was an excellent option for me & my family. The hotel room & common areas were clean & upkept, the staff was friendly & helpful & there was plenty of parking & easy access to 410 & airport.

Only decaf coffee pods in room but no other complimentary coffee in the lobby; AC was old and had very weak airflow, so the room felt stagnant.

Hotel is dated, front desk staff were polite when checked in. 1st room we got smelled horribly, they moved us right away. Family of 3 and only 2 towels each day, we even requested extra when they cleaned & still only 2. Housekeeping did a horrible job, didn’t wipe anything down, didn’t vacuum or replace coffee. Management came up to check even though my husband took pics. Still have not gotten our deposit back or a call back from management. Don’t think we will be back, many options in San Antonio with better service.

Worked well for a one night stay

Overall it was a good stay for one night. We were charged an early check in fee of $15 because we arrived at 2:30 instead of 3 which seemed silly to me. The shower temperature was mild, not hot enough for me. And there was a weird electrical thing with some if the lights/power only working when the main light was on which made bed time for phones, etc being plugged in a challenge. Otherwise the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt really use any other amenities.
