At first glance it was ok but unfortunately we were greeted by German cockroaches. Not only on the walls but in the bed under the sheets. I stayed there for the proximity to Lackland Air Base but had I known I would have looked a little further even if the price was more. I am not a fan of feeling like roaches could potentially gain access to the inside of our luggage and we'd bring them to our home. I definitely would not stay there again. Unfortunately all I can remember is that part of the stay.

We travel a lot and have not had such a bad experience with the rate we paid could have stayed elsewhere. The pictures fooled me! Check in was great but my room had no shower curtain, no towels, and one of my beds had stains. When coming back at night the side doors didn’t work a minor inconvenience but the worst was being woken up at 6am from kids literally running for 2 hours above us. I should have stayed else where I will never stay here again.

We were there for our sons graduation the room was not clean when given to us the bathroom was dirty the blankets were dirty our room did not have towels I have to go to the front desk to request towels and while I was there had to go to the front desk 4 times to get my key activated

This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. Wall at bottom of shower was old and paint was worn off. Our room was not cleaned well, however, most of this is due to it badly needs renovation. Bed very uncomfortable;mattress very hard. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Hotel definitely needs a facelift.

While the staff were very courteous and welcoming, the cleanliness of the hotel room and its location did not meet our expectations based on previous guest reviews. Many earlier reviews mentioned clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice location, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. We would only recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a low-budget option and are willing to compromise on comfort and cleanliness. Pros: Pleasant-smelling hallways, courteous staff Cons: Old towels, hard beds, lack of cleanliness in the room, and a less convenient location
