Place was decent. Needed a place to stay because my A/C when out. But you can hear everyone in the next room and internet did not work which was a big problem for me.Said it have full kitchen but it doesn’t. You have to ask for a counter top one from front desk.
Check in was an absolute highlight for me, fast and friendly.

Beds and pillows where horrible, furniture was torn and stained in the room and in the lobby. Pool needed attention, it was green looking. Breakfast was cold the eggs and Canadian bacon. Breakfast area was clean, and the staff at breakfast was very friendly. Outside the front doors needed lots of attention.
Beds were made in the 90’s. Lay down on it and it will fold in half on you. Room was filthy and out dated. Elevator barely worked and the other did not work at all. Indications of insect infestation all over the breakfast area. I would never recommend this place. I’d rather sleep under a bridge
I stayed here for a little over a month before I was able to move into a house. All of the women were super friendly and sweet. There were a couple of guys that worked the front desk that weren’t too friendly. They were always looking down at their phones or in the back. When you tried to ask for help, they wouldn’t even greet you or look up at you when they responded. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience for existing in their presence.
The treadmills and one of the elevators didn’t work the entire time I was there.
The hotel has satellite tv, but most of the channels wouldn’t come in the majority of my stay.
The side doors were supposed to be locked for extra security, but they weren’t.
I realize most of this is “first world problems”, but I do think some members of the staff could benefit from additional hospitality training.
Unexpected deposit and staff admitted everyone gets upset about that as they don’t publish the amount anywhere. They just sneak it into your card.
Bedroom seemed the maid the beds, however did not change she sheets. Smelled of a dirty dog. There is a Marriott courtyard across the street that is much better.
This is not Hilton Standards, I would rate this location at an old LaQuinta standard.

Pet dirty carpeted rooms lights didnt work main vanity and lamp by the bed.
Staff seemed unconcerned besides an automated text?? Asked for late check out and gave us a hour yet room service was knocking at 11Am checkout time!!
Check in 3PM. Checkout 11AM
IF you love dogs in the bed this might work for you!
Anyways wont be back.

Property Manager and employees behind the desk seemed the least bit concerned over the fact the when I entered my room the first time I had dirty forks left in sink, a button missing to flush toilet and a fridge that didn’t work.the next morning it was discovered AC was also out as it had frozen set at 70. Over the next 16 hours when trying to resolve this issues my room was left unsecured by staff 2x, maintenance man (from neighboring hotel) injured himself and bled over carpet, bedding and towels. The staff let me enter my room without warning of the bio hazard and was more than annoyed when I asked to have it cleaned stating ‘they thought they already did’. Also after multiple attempts to get AC fixed I was eventually handed a fan covered in a thick layer of dirt/dust. That was the last straw and we left the property. We did our best to work with staff
I had booked a double queen bed 2-3 wks in advance for a softball Tournament and because I booked it through a 3rd party (Expedia) was told that since we didn’t go directly through their company directly we lost the room we originally booked and had to down size to a king bed and they would provide a roll away bed . They told us that they gave our double bed room to someone that booked directly with them and that they were sold out of those rooms so we had no other choice but to down size . We had to obviously take the room because all the hotels in the area were sold out due to the Tournament. We got to the room and it had a weird smell to it and didn’t think nothing about it at first . Our son woke up the next morning not feeling well and my husband and I both woke up the next day with a raspy throat so I’m not sure if there was mold or something in that room that would cause us to feel that way .

We stayed from a Wednesday to Sunday morning. My room was cleaned one time. We had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and for towels. The pool was closed for “cleaning” but never opened. Would not recommend staying.
