It is a very old motel, but very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty close to town and on the main corridor.

It was beautiful inside and out. Would recommend 10/10. Very quiet location beds slept great and close to Bar Harbor

Property pictured is not where we stayed. We reserved a 1bdrm with living area as per the pictures and stayed in a very dated small camping type cabin. Property owner is EXTREMELY deceptive with the pictures! Property is run down, no outside lighting at night, poor signage, broken glass outside the cottage, the driveway was one huge pot hole. Cabin had one small trash can in the bathroom. The lock to the cabin didnt work. Door had gapping holes in the door. Property is located on an extremely busy road with cars & large trucks zipping by at all hours, leaving us with very little sleep. I suggest avoiding this place and looking elsewhere! I wish we booked elsewhere but by the time we got there nothing else was avail.

Buetiful classic new england motel

We had a wonderful stay! The location right on the University of Maine campus is beautiful, with lovely views and walking trails. Everything felt new, modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a beautiful, clean, comfortable place in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again!

The beds were like sleeping on a rock. There were keurig cups but no machine. Shower water was minimal and never had to turn the cold water on. Just the hot side to get minimal hot water air conditioning kept going off and on all nite waking is up. There was no way to adjust fan to run solid and the air in the room had a smell like a musty odor And you had to run it. Very thin blanket was our only option. First and last time staying there

Joe was helpful and made me feel confident that it would be a smooth and pleasant stay. We were arriving late after the office closed and a simple phone call made everything great. And they even accommodated an early swim session. Thank you Joe and Seascape team. We will be back
