Check in staff inexperienced and indifferent. General condition of room and property poor. In the morning I walked across the street to get coffee before continuing my travels and when I returned my tool kit had been stolen from my motorcycle. It was not even in plain site..wrapped up in the cover and bungeed down!

The bed was squeaky. Not enough parking and in 2 days stay i had to get my key card reprogrammed 4 times. Very annoying

Clean room, front desk answered my questions. Many contractors so we were put in end room for quiet, which it was until.....family with kids including crying almost incessantly child, dad stomping around room, loud talking. They went to pool, quiet, but then came back. At 1117, I went to their room and talked with parents. Very nice but noise, crying, etc cont til well after midnight. Finally got some sleep and I wear ear plugs. Hubby's choice to stay on ground floor, learned my lesson.

Show up that night, employee was fine just not personable. Get my 1ST room, unload all my stuff, go to use the bathroom...you could clearly see "swass" on the toilet seat from the previous guest. So if the cleaner didn't clean the most important thing (toilet) then what else did they not clean? So, I go back to the office, tell the guy, he seems unimpressed by my request to switch rooms, loads a new card, and "tosses" it on the counter for me. Cool, thx? Head to the 2ND room, go straight to the bathroom, check the toilet...couldn't believe it...this one literally had a little piece of s**t stuck to the bowl clear as day & under the rim there's splatter. So, walk my butt over in the cold/snow to the office, guy is wondering why I'm back so soon, tell him what's up and he is more annoyed now but at least laughs at one of my comments (I was being super chill about it), so I think he was partly on my side at that point. He loads another key, this time walks w/me to the 3RD room. Check bathroom first, it's fine, but the room smells sour like a gym locker room or gym bag. I mention the smell and he offers fabreeze! I tell him I'd rather clean the toilet in the first room than breath that smell all night...to which he says "well you're here now so like I said, I'll just get you fabreeze". To which I said get me a towel & cleaner, I'll clean the toilet in the 1st room myself. Doesn't even offer to do it himself & gets me the cleaner. Never once apologizes for any of it. Horrible!!!!!
