Location is quiet but close to a small mall with a supermarket and easy to get to downtown. However, rooms are dated and bathroom is worn out. We have a water leakage incident in our bathroom late in the evening. Quite a nuisance but the staff acted efficiently and helped move us to another room right away.

Great location nice clean room the bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Staff was friendly and welcoming would stay again.

The guy who checked us in seemed he was on a different planet wasn’t informed of breakfast times the hotel itself is in desperate need for repair lumpy carpets lift out of order and damp and plaster peeling in building lying around corridors. Then to be questioned at breakfast that our room wasn’t our room when it was and someone else had actually used a room number for a free breakfast?

Good value & close to city centre

Good rate for a basic hotel staying near Manchester City centre to see family. Rooms are a bit dated & showing their age, positively plenty of onsite parking at the hotel, which is becoming a luxury in Manchester.
