Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

We booked a room for six people with a sofa bed, but no bedding was prepared for the sofa bed. When we requested it, the bedding was provided, but the comforter insert was not even put inside the cover, so we had to set it up ourselves. The parking fee also seemed a little expensive, which was a bit disappointing. However, the facilities were clean and the staff were generally friendly and helpful, so overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

Arguably the best hotel stay I have had in quite a long time. The facility itself was spotless and it smelled clean and fresh. The room was immaculate. The staff was courteous.

This is more like university housing than anything else. The building is full of students and poorly maintained, with visitors following others into the entrance. Carpeting is stained, paint is chipping, blinds are broken, the a/c didn't work, the hallway smells. Communication with the Evonify owners was poor, and we had to go through Hotels.com to receive our access code/registration in time for our arrival and, ultimately, a refund. We left a few minutes after we entered the unit. Not recommended. It is not the sunny, pristine, and secure apartment that appears in the photos.
