Moxy is definitely an experience. The room was quite small but it is in downtown. The shower was literally located right next to the bed. Did enjoy the lobby lounge area. The bar which is also where you check in can get quite crowded on a Weekend night.

Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and greeted me every time I came and went, always saying things like, "Have a great day!" or "Welcome back!" Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I'm usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. The staff refilled the food frequently, so nothing ran out and everyone had plenty to choose from. The pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't. That wasn't a big issue for me, though. My boyfriend used the gym, which was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. I stayed in a king room with a sofa. My only complaints were that the refrigerator didn't get as cold as I would have liked, and the bathroom was quite small. It wasn't comfortable for two people to be in there at the same time. My mom stayed in a room with a single queen bed. Her bathroom was larger than mine, but it lacked counter space for toiletries and only had a single sink. Her room also didn't have a closet, so she had to hang her clothes on hooks in the living area. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but I never felt concerned about the safety of my vehicle or belongings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

The concierge was helpful in getting our room on a lower floor. The “king suite”was a bit small particularly the living area. Wet bar with mini fridge and Keurig coffee. Bedroom was nice. The view was a parking garage. But to be expected in a downtown hotel. Bathroom was very nice and had been renovated with a large glassed in shower. The outdoor pool is small but plenty of deck area overlooking the river.

The property is lovely and the front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and engaging. Also the valet team was wonderful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and turned us onto 4th Street Live a couple of blocks away. I really appreciated that information. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and will definitely be back next year!

We were put in a handicapped room, which wasn’t necessary. It was very sparse. The lighting in bath & living area was terrible. Otherwise, we stayed there 2 nights because I didn’t want to repack, and move

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room and very comfortable. Very decent size television. Great stay and value.

We enjoyed our stay. We weren’t in the room much. The shower left a lot to be desired. Very high step over and a plain shower head. Not what you expect from this level of hotel. The river view was just ok as the hotel is about half a block from the river. We could also hear the people next to us well, which was also not very pleasant. Valet parking was awesome.
