Skegness The Royal Hotel
English breakfast and cereals. Could do with fresh fruit and pastries. Chair was very old in room and bathroom was super tight. Parking was free and good but amenities need improvement

The Dower House Hotel
The team were very helpful, courteous and professional. The room was clean and had windows that opened. The room was huge and had a nice view onto the lawns. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Because of its location, it was incredibly quiet.

Sea Side Hotel
Stayed here had a broken bathroom window on looking to a house . Heating did not work and had to ask for a heater as was freezing. The bed was more or less on the floor it was so low . The whole hotel looks like its been closed for years and someones re opened without doing anything . No sea view ...

OYO Ivy Hotel
Hotel had double booked and was unable to supply.the room that had been paid for. Hotels.com were impossible to contact by phone. Live chat took over 90 minute without redolving. Hotels.com then rung me from America twice at 01.30 am
