We were disappointed with the lack of transparency before our arrival. We booked 2 rooms on March 26. Our stay was for August 11. Upon arrival, we were advised that breakfast is no longer being provided. While we were sorry to learn that Dolores’ health doesn’t permit her to continue offering this service, a phone call message or email prior to our arrival would have been more genuine and appreciated. As it were, it was too late to find different accommodations and we went to Sobeys to get our breakfast food for the next day. We were allowed to use the toaster and kettle in the kitchen, and we had coffee machines in the bedrooms. We were given a phone number and email to reach out to for a refund of the breakfast portion of the stay, but were not told how much or when this refund will be, and haven’t heard back yet.

The room was crawling with bugs. We couldn't stay and had to fight for a refund. The place should be closed until they finish the renovations.

Hands down the best hotel on PEI!
