The bathrooms were so lovely and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed every minute. I would like to give a special mention to Tibo (Tiboux?) at the front desk, who made my trip even more enjoyable. He was incredibly thoughtful each night when I returned to the property, always so personable and inquiring about what fun things I did during my day. He genuinely became a favorite part of my journey. The only suggestion I had was for the window coverings. My window faced the gas station, which was well lit during the dark hours. Which meant my room was too. I would have enjoyed more dark with some better coverings. Other than that, absolutely a delight!

The staff were friendly, and the décor, interior layout, and views were all stunning. The best part, though, was the location—being within walking distance of Old Québec made exploring incredibly easy.

This is a great hotel, a real value for the price. The room was very comfortable, the entire property scrupulously clean, and the staff just wonderful. The continental breakfast was more than one expects (the pastries were heavenly), plus you could always pick up coffee, fruit and cheese in the lobby in the afternoon. If we had a quibble, it was that the TV needed a bit more involvement than just using the remote, but the staff were super helpful. You're within walking distance of the train station, which was great for us as we were heading to Montreal after our stay. Also there's a pharmacy and a market a relatively short walk away. The upper town is close by, but a climb - just saying for those who are not as fit as they once were. Highly recommend.
