Great location to walk thru historic old Quebec City. Quiet neighborhood street, next time wouldn’t bring a car. A car isn’t needed there, just end up parking in the ramp the whole time. Staff checked in daily for any questions we might have . No elevator so must use the stairs. Nice historic room very comfortable bed with modern bathroom and shower. They couldn’t be more courteous even though we never met. Local police opened the street so we could drive to the building, they limit thru traffic for tourist season, but were very accommodating just had to ask for directions and a little help . Cudos to the police lady on duty, always felt safe as police were present, lively street musicians the place was humming.

Room was clean and spacious. Ensuite laundry came in very handy. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were new. The soundproofing in the building is excellent...we didnt hear any outside noise eventhough we were beside a busy street with construction. Cons were one of the electrical outlet beside the bed wasn't working. The mattress in the queen bed was super comfortable but the ones in the bunk beds were hard.

Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.

Everything was excellent except on the Friday and Saturday night the loud music from the hotel restaurant made it impossible to sleep until after 11.30. Which isn't great when you are jet lagged. Also we left towels on the floor for house keeping to remove. They didn't.

Beautiful proper snd staff. Great restaurant!
