Dirty, no elevator, took pleading to get a room on 1st floor. Breakfast was very lacking for healthy choices. Plumbing and facet handles seem to be barely on and very loose. TV cables were not even close to being hooked up right, but I was able to work around that one.

The place is quite run down and had a distinct musty smell to the room. The building is in a definite need of renovations. On the upside, the breakfast vouchers for Dennys was a nice touch.

Loved the food, pool, and staff was extraordinary. Made my family and I feel safe and comfortable.

Vintage appeal

As usual, the staff were amazing and the room was spotless. The new infinity pool opened while we were there and it was very nice! The main pool was so crowded after 2pm, that we opted to do other things in Spokane and leave the raucous sports teams that took over the pool area. Ruby River is always the best play to stay and I’ll be back next month!
