We booked two rooms at this hotel, which was advertised as a five-star establishment. However, our experience felt more like a two-star stay. Both rooms had mold in the bathrooms, clogged drains, and were overall dirty, with stains and unpleasant odors. The bed linens had hair on them. Additionally, room service was quite slow, taking two hours to deliver an extra bed and a towel. We were very disappointed with our experience.
