I don't see how this property gets rated 3 stars. It's a very dated hotel with a shared limited parking lot with another hotel in the same block. There's also a $10 parking fee which was a surprise to me at the time of check-in. Room: Old and not the cleanest room for a 3-star rated hotel. I found long strands of hair still stuck in a couple of the towels. The toilet bowl has dark water marks along the edges. Bathtub just looked gross. We didn't even bother taking a shower since we checked in late and had to hit the road early in the morning. We usually use sanitizing wipes to wipe the nightstand surface, and the wipes were black after cleaning. Bed was not comfortable with all the creaking noise even with slightest movements. Our room also faced the street, and unfortunately it can get pretty noisy from all the speeding cars on the road. Food: No hot food service. You get to choose from a limited selection of fruit, drinks and breakfast items at the time of check-in, then you pick them up in a brown bag from the service counter in the morning. All of the drinks and food are cold and packaged food. Overall: Aside from the friendly staff at the service counter, everything else in this hotel just did not live up to the expectations from the ratings here.

We stayed with family and friends and our rooms were nice.Good to have a frig but we didn't cook. Very little 'snacks' in lobby. A to-go bag breakfast is preordered the night before. It wasn't very tasty but convenient for early check-out. There's nearby restauants in walking distance and parking is easy. The check-in reception agent was very nice and helpful.

Our family has always stayed at Larskspur Roseville when visiting extended family. This trip was very discouraging at check-in the $10.00 per night to park is a crazy add on to the room. The hotel needs attention as far as maintenance. The hallway carpet has big rolls. It needs to be replaced or stretched. It’s really a liability on your part. I’m not trying to be rude but I was so very disappointed.

My husband and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we ever need one in Roseville. The reason, my husband and I were in the area was because he had to have surgery. Every single staff member we came into contact with was professional, accommodating, and extremely nice. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The TV had great channel options and it wasn’t confusing to use. The hotel its self is very charming. I definitely recommend this place.
