We were there less than 24 hours so it was ok. Would have been nice to have had an extra box of Kleenex. There was only one tissue in the only box.

The hotel itself is nice, but the room was filthy. The bathroom floor hadn't been mopped and the coffee cups were sticky and covered in some type of food.

We were a late check-in. They were super friendly even at 1:00 a.m and got the shuttle ready for me at 4:30a.m.. The bed was beyond belief comfortable .

This hotel is not worth the money at all. Breakfast is not included in the price even though it is a Hyatt Place and charge a premium compared to other hotels. The breakfast did not taste good and charged $15 per person. The beds were ok and the sheets were not comfortable. There was no microwave provided in the rooms which is a normal equipment to be added. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I called earlier in the day to be put on the 4:30 AM shuttle as my flight leaves the airport at 6:15. I told them I would have a late arrival this evening. When I got here to check into my room at 9:30 PM, I inquired About my 430 reservation and they said that a very large family is here and there’s no room on it. I called earlier to make sure I would be on it and told I would be. Now I have to drive myself to the airport not why I came to stay here.

We love staying here when we come to Sacramento. Only down side are the drinks at the bar are way too expensive. Me and the wife had 3 Tito‘s and cranberry juice each and the bill was $97.50. We don’t mind paying for drinks but we just left grand Sierra Hotel in Reno had the same amount and bill was $68
