Very friendly staff, valet was quick both at check in and early morning checkout. Room was clean, quiet the bed was comfortable. Perfect centralized location to Golden One. Will absolutely stay again!

I was extremely impressed with the staff! They were very nice and felt as though they went the extra mile for their guests. The property was really nice as well; we loved the restaurant and bar located near the lobby. The hotel is a perfect walking distance to nearby hangouts and the Golden1 Center.

Everyone was so helpful and just loved the location! We went to see Stevie Nocks snd it was about 500 ft to the stadium, just awesome. We loved the restaurants, bars and cafes; everything was walkable.

Some staff were very kind and helpful. Some not so much. They also said their roof top was closed other than in the evening, and one main reason we picked that hotel was the proximity and rooftop as well as great design.

I had booked a room with two queen beds and when i arrived we were put in a small room with one bed and had to request a rolling bed to be squezzed in the room. We got offered 35 dollar drink tickets as compensation only to be turned away at the roof top bar that was packed with people but we were told they had already announced last call. To top it all off the coffee machine in room didnt work. Overall it was a bad experience consideing I paid $500 for a one night stay. This will be the last time i ever book a hotel through Expedia or stay at the Centric. Just dissapointing.
