We booked a room that was supposed to be deluxe we got a tiny room with stained floors next to the elevator that we hear all night long. Housekeeping was the only good thing they came and brought more pillows and coffee and made the bed for us every day.

I didn't stay there for shopping so I can't comment on that. It was a nice hotel, spacious and modern with friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast had only one option, which was a full cooked breakfast, which I didn't want and which was expensive. They should have smaller breakfast options, such as just a juice and a coffee and a bowl of cereal, which is all I wanted. The area is very convenient for being picked up and dropped off. I was not driving so I didn't have to pay parking, which also seemed expensive but then I'm a traveller from abroad. Perhaps that's the reasonable rate for that area.

I stayed at the holiday inn for a concert, the hotel is right around the corner from the golden 1 and in a safe area that’s close to shopping and other restaurants.

The pool was nice. Parking on the premises I did not like for $45.00. No breakfast included. Roller shade in room needs to be replaced. Shower faucet needed upgrading. HARD TO FIND HOTEL FROM THE GROUND, NO SIGNAGE, AND NAVIGATION PROGRAMS ARE NOT SURE WHERE THE FRONT OF THE LOBBY IS. Otherwise, It was not bad.

My room was great! But it did not have a microwave or refrigerator few overnight things that needed to be refrigerated. Everything was lovely, clean and easy to navigate. There was a parking ticket issue I checked with person at the front desk the following day was resolved easily. It is nice to be in a place that is clean and bright, and when things go awry are handled with skill and grace. My overall stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to staying there again.
